Thank you for choosing Jayan’s Catering Services! These terms and conditions outline the policies governing our services. Please read carefully before booking your event.

1. Service Times:

• Lunch service is available until 3:00 PM.
• Dinner service is available until 9:00 PM.

2. Extended Service Hours:

• We can accommodate events outside of our standard service times. Please inquire about extended service charges when booking your event.

3. Reservations:

• A 50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance of 50% is due 1 day before the event.

4. Payment:

• We currently only accept cash payments.

5. Cancellations:

• Please refer to our cancellation policy for specific details on fees and timelines. We recommend contacting us directly to discuss our cancellation policy.

6. Food Safety:

• We are committed to providing safe and delicious food. We follow strict hygiene and food handling protocols to ensure the well-being of our guests.

7. Changes to Menu:

• We strive to provide flexibility with our menu options. Any changes to the agreed-upon menu must be communicated at least [Number] days prior to your event.

8. Additional Staff:
